Benefit from an improved user experience with dashboards and an increased granularity for your trial monitoring

To provide you a better overall experience when using dashboards, they are now automatically opened in a new tab of your browser. You can therefore access a full screen dashboard, browse the App with the dashboard on the side or compare different results by opening different dashboards at the same time.

Regarding your trial monitoring, we completely revamped the Monitoring dashboard so that you are now able to:

  • Have an overview of your trial status in one single place
  • Benefit from an improved monitoring granularity (e.g., per site, per patient group)
  • Access more information about actual data: enrolled and randomized patients

The overall objective is to ease the user flow and to draw the links between the monitoring alerts, the patient actuals and the inventories.

Enter your data more easily and gain data management flexibility with customizable tables

With these new capabilities, you can customize tables, enjoy a smoother navigation and enter your data in a more user-friendly way:

  • Filter and order your table
  • Add multiple rows at the same time
  • Reorder rows via drag & drop
  • Configure the columns you want to freeze
  • Clearly identify newly created and edited rows

In order to reduce time to enter and export data in and out of the Supply App, you can also copy/paste tables from the App to Excel and conversely. In addition, you can now also use keyboard shortcuts to easily select several cells at once.

Better match your trial reality

Enabling you to better match the reality of your trial with the modeling capabilities of the Supply App is one of our main priorities.

With these improvements you are now able to:

  • Leverage a new patient group granularity:
    • Model dispensing and patient evolution probabilities per patient group.
    • Gain visibility on dispensing per patient group in the Results dashboard.
  • Leverage improved shipment statistics that are closer to business reality and which allow you to model different resupply strategies for depots and sites. You can also access site shipments at a week granularity for the next 12 months of your trial in the Results report.

Further ease the integration of external data and their import in the plans

We are continuing to increase the reach of the API integration with the Supply App by allowing new data sets to be automatically imported:

  • Recruitment assumptions
  • IMP release plan
  • Reserved shipments

These data sets can be reviewed in the new "Importable data" section before being imported in the setups. This improvement is another big step towards having a single source of truth between external data and the Supply App.

An enhanced user experience when optimizing demands

Benefit from a better user experience when optimizing demands

To help you have a better view of your demands in the Production App, you can now visualize demands coming from all sources in the "Demands" table.

Additionally, to ease the troubleshooting of missed demand, you can now choose to automatically stop optimizations after encountering an unexpected missed demand, allowing you to troubleshoot it based on a partial result.

Better understand your results with major dashboard improvements

Such as for the Supply App, the dashboard now automatically opens in a new tab, allowing you to adapt your production plan while analyzing your result.

The dashboard has been reworked completely and with these improvements, our goal is to help you answer your most common questions regarding the optimization of your production, for example:

  • "Demand" sheet: How is the demand/need spread over the horizon? If there is any missed demand, when does it (or the corresponding missed need) appear?
  • "Inventory - Supply vs Need" sheet: Until when am I safe with my current inventory or if some of the lots are not produced? Which time or quantity margin do I have between release date and transformation/consumption?
  • "Time margin" sheet: To which study is a specific lot and/or its output products allocated? Could a specific lot manufacturing date be moved and by how many days, considering the manufacturing date of the next lot in the chain?
